Popcorn also known as popping corn is our best buddy while
watching a movie or a T.V show. Some prefer popcorn while traveling and
visiting exhibitions. The popcorn machine was invented by Charles Cretors in
late 19th century and got its attention in mid 90's. As everybody knows popcorn
is a best snack to munch but often treated as one among other junk foods.
That's why I have decided to give you 12 Reasons for that popcorn is a healthy food.
